The CEO of Condor Security also elaborated on Condor Concierge-a SBU of Condor Security that focused exclusively on furnishing high-profile concierge services. Additionally Ben articulated the future of security guard training in Ontario.

Many ambitious young men and women consider a career as a public or a private security guard to be low-profile. Such individuals nurse beliefs and opinions about the security industry that are by and large unfounded and based on hearsay. The present-day security market has burgeoned into a multibillion-dollar industry thanks to the ever-increasing demand for greater security in both public and private commercial establishments.

So it does not bear emphasis that the security sector together with all its concomitant components now plays a key role in contributing towards economic growth and development. Nowadays young people looking to kick-start their career robustly can make the most of employment opportunities in the security field.

Contrary to what many individuals think or believe employment in this sector does not just simply working as a security officer. The security industry as a whole comprises several categories where each category needs distinct sets of professionals with unique and specialized skills. For example some people or companies will hire executive protection where a company is in charge of not only protecting the client from physical harm but psychological and emotional harm as well. If the client is being stalked or worried about the safety of their family, an executive protection company requires the skill and preplanning that can help protect them in the long term as well as the short term. A security job does not simply imply providing physical security to individuals or defending physical structures.

Security personnel these days are also tasked with detecting and minimizing economic offenses, tackling terrorism, preventing leakage of classified information, and much more. Security professions
