Brock Condominiums have only a few units left

The Brock Condominiums project in Montreal West is now completed. This unique residential development still has a few units available. Potential buyers should probably move fast…

Brock, Jun.12-16“We are very proud of our development here,” says co-owner Sam Scalia. “We are reaching out to renters who now want to own, to empty-nesters and others looking to downsize, but still stay in the neighbourhood are among the demographic segments we are trying to reach.”

“As we speak, there are still seven of 30 units still available,” adds his sales director, Joseph Kobain “Mostly what we have left are 5 ½ s, all with 2 bathrooms. But we also have some smaller units. And this is all new construction.”

New construction means: reinforced flooring with excellent sound-proofing, solid stone and brick exterior finish, bright, spacious interiors, and 9-feet ceilings in all living spaces. Larger units come with two bathrooms. There is also a roof-top terrace, underground garage, wheelchair ramp, and an elevator in both buildings.

Kobain points to the location in Montreal West as being within walking distance of a train station, schools, post office, shops, a bus terminal, restaurants, etc.

Montreal West mayor Beny Masella was there on October 12 to cut a ribbon and officially open the project. Unofficially, the project has been open for a few months and many units are now occupied.

“We offer very good value for these units,” says Scalia. “The price includes: appliances; air conditioning; and taxes. To sweeten the pot, I co-own Omnium Real Estate agency and can help clients who need to first sell their existing home…”

Scalia Real Estate is a family-owned business with 40 years of experience building thousands of residential units, and is committed to ensuring excellent quality. Scalia is also co-owner of a construction company composed of accomplished subcontractors.

Scalia points out how the neighbourhood has been completely transformed. “By visiting the Turcot website, people can see that there will be parks and bike paths coming through here soon.”

“These units are a great value: prices start at $199,000, all included. This is a sound investment!” says Kobain. “To find out more, come in and visit our model unit, open from 12 noon to 6 pm daily.”
