Toronto Music Legend, Jane Siberry to Play Hugh’s Room October 24

TORONTO, October 2, 2025 — Just one week following her Canadian Songwriters Hall of Fame induction on October 17, Toronto music legend, Jane Siberry will be playing her show – ‘RAW, POEMS, HEART’ at Hugh’s Room’s Green Sanderson Hall on FRIDAY, OCTOBER 24, 2025.

Jane Siberry was very recently awarded the Slaight Family Polaris Heritage Prize for her 1985 masterpiece album, The Speckless Sky.  Hard on the heels of this prestigious recognition came news that, on October 17 she is to be inducted into the Canadian Songwriters Hall of Fame as part of the 2025 “LEGENDS” Series!

As these honours attest, Jane Siberry has always been a visionary, uncompromising and always evolving.  Songs such as Calling All Angels, Love Is Everything, One More Colour, Seven Steps To The Wall, Everything Reminds Me of My Dog and the iconic Mimi On The Beach are perhaps her best known to date. Her haunting contribution to The Crow soundtrack, It Won’t Rain All The Time, continues to resonate more than three decades later.

Jane Siberry reflects: “I feel like I’m inching my way toward my prime.”
