On Sunday, March 15, 2026, at 12:00 p.m., the 38th Annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade will take place. The Toronto Police Serivce has released a statement of road closures for the procession that will start from Bloor Street West and St. George Street, and continue along Bloor Street, then south on Yonge Street to Sankofa Square.
Full road closures will take place on Bloor Street and Yonge Street. A number of secondary roads will also be closed or partially closed, affecting traffic flow in the area.
Estimated road closure times for the parade are as follows:
9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.:
- St. George Street from Bloor Street. West to College Street
- Devonshire Place from Bloor Street West to Hoskin Avenue
- Sussex Avenue between Huron Street and St. George Street
- Hoskin Avenue from St. George Street to Queens Park Crescent West
- Harbord Street from St. George Street to Huron Street
- Ursula Franklin Street between Huron Street and St. George Street
11:45 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.:
- Bloor Street from Huron Street to Yonge Street
- Yonge Street from Bloor Street to Adelaide Street
Several TTC routes will be disrupted during this event.
Toronto Police Service says this event will take place regardless of how bad the weather conditions may become. Members of the public should anticipate traffic disruptions in the area surrounding the event and plan their routes in advance.
