Get your tickets for Toronto’s First-Ever Fired-Up Gala in support of the Sick Kids Hospital Burn and Plastics Unit

TORONTO, February 16, 2023 – A special black tie/evening gown gala is being planned for the first time ever to help support the SickKids Foundation and the Burn & Plastics Unit at SickKids Hospital. The “Fired-Up Gala and Live & Silent Auction” by Art of Celebrations will take place on Friday February 24th at the Ritz-Carlton Toronto. Doors open at 6 p.m. and the evening includes a special 3-course Surf & Turf Dinner, followed by a live auction with over 100 luxury items (one of the auction items is an African Safari) and a late-night afterparty.
All auction proceeds will go directly to the SickKids Hospital in Toronto, with 50% of the money raised going towards the Burn & Plastics Unit and the other 50% will go to the highest unrestricted needs in the hospital.
In a statement on the gala website, The SickKids Foundation, says: “The SickKids Foundation is extremely pleased to recommend to you an exciting opportunity to support The Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids) through the Fired-Up Gala in support of SickKids. Because of the support SickKids receives from this event and community initiatives like it, important advances have been made in child health research, new life-saving medical equipment has been purchased for our clinics and operating rooms, and our young patients continue to receive the best care that science, technology, and compassion have to offer—here in Toronto and around the world.”
The gala will feature a red-carpet entrance and photo booth. General admission is $599 per ticket and includes a Top Shelf Open Bar, Oyster Bar and Hors d’oeuvres at the magical cocktail hour with never-seen-before magic and illusions, three-course Surf & Turf Dinner, wine service at dinner, entertainment and presentations, live and online silent auction, dance and DJ Afterparty, Late Night Savoury Bites & Sweets, Gift Bag and Photo Booth.
A ticket to the Late Night After Party is $299 per person. Doors open at 9 p.m. and admission includes the Top Shelf Open Bar, Dance & DJ Afterparty, Late Night Savoury Bites & Sweets and photo booth.
If you are unable to attend, you can purchase a $50 donation ticket and get access to the Online Silent Auction. The donation of the ticket purchase goes directly to support the Gala and SickKids Foundation.
