Today, the Government of Ontario announced the three successful partners who will be contributing to the redevelopment of Ontario Place into a new exclusive Toronto attraction site featuring spectacular gardens, parks, water parks, beaches, galleries and a modern year-round indoor/outdoor concert venue.

The new look Ontario Place will be a greatly improved version of its former self becoming the world class attraction that it always should have been. The theme park is expected to entertain over 500,000 visitors per year by 2030.

“Our plan will create unforgettable memories for the next generation of visitors and play an important role in Ontario’s social and economic recovery,” said Premier Doug Ford. “I’m incredibly proud that we are going to bring Ontario Place back to life and revitalize it into the world class tourist destination it once was,” added Premier Ford.

Therme Group, Live Nation and Ecorécréo Group will partner with the province to help transform the waterfront park into the world class attraction that the province has always hoped for.
