TORONTO, April 4, 2025 – Taco Fest is back, bringing the heat! From August 8th to 10th, Fort York will transform into the ultimate summer party, packed with tacos, tequila, salsa dancing, music, and nonstop vibes.
Now in its ninth year, Taco Fest 2025 features over 250 unique tacos crafted by over 50 of Toronto’s top chefs and vendors, with a complete list of vendors to be announced in the coming weeks. Taco Fest is more than just a food festival; it’s an immersive cultural experience. Guests can dance to the rhythms of live music, including authentic Mariachi bands and dynamic DJs.
This year, pre-sale tickets come with a bonus of $10 in free taco tokens, giving guests a head start on indulging in the festival’s culinary delights. Taco Fest pre-sale tickets launch April 7th to 9th, and with tickets selling out last year, early purchase is highly recommended.
Best Taco
Last year’s “Best Taco” award winner, Rosas Toronto, is returning to defend their title as reigning champ for their Camaron y Coco taco served on a corn tortilla with coconut-crusted shrimp, mango salsa, and sweet chilli. All Taco Fest attendees will have the chance to vote for their favourite taco again this year to crown the winner of the city’s best taco.
