TORONTO, November 7, 2025 — Toronto’s busiest transit hub is once again transforming into the city’s ultimate winter destination. Union Winter, presented by TD returns November 26, 2025, to January 18, 2026, including free indoor roller skating, holiday programming, and festive fun for all ages to the heart of downtown Toronto.
Back by popular demand, the Union Winter Roller Express, presented by TD invites guests to lace up and roll through the season in the TD West Carriageway. This one-of-a-kind indoor roller rink offers free admission, free roller skate rentals, and free lessons, with themed DJ skate nights, 19+ evening events, and family-friendly daytime sessions all winter long.

Roller Express Hours and Registration
The Union Winter Roller Express operates from November 26, 2025, to January 18, 2026, with the following schedule:
Regular Hours:
Mon: 4:00 PM – 8:30 PM
Tues, Wed, Thur, Fri: 1:30 PM – 8:30 PM
Saturday: 11 AM – 6 PM all ages, 6:30 PM – 11 PM 19+ Sunday: 11 AM – 8:30 PM
Holiday Hours (Dec 22 – Jan 4)
Mon – Fri: 11:00 AM – 8:30 PM
Saturday: 11 AM – 6 PM all ages, 6:30 PM – 11 PM 19+ Sunday: 11 AM – 8:30 PM
Union Winter rink is closed on December 24, 25, and 26, 2025.
New Years Eve hours: 1:30pm –8:30pm New Years Day hours: 1:30pm – 8:30pm
All guests must pre-register for the Roller Express. Pre-registration is available for 2-hour timeslots within the daily hours of operation: 11AM- 1PM, 1:30PM – 3:30PM, 4PM – 6PM, 6:30PM – 8:30PM, 9PM-11PM
Caught up in the holiday hustle and forgot to pre-register? Eligible TD Credit Cardholders can skip the entrance line at the Roller Express with exclusive Priority Line Access on a first-come, first-served basis. Beyond the Rink: Giveaways, Gift Cards & Retail Surprises
Union Winter extends far beyond the roller-skating surface! Visitors will enjoy free live music performances in December in partnership with Canadian Opera Company, Tafelmusik, and more, immersive holiday décor, and spontaneous delight woven throughout the station. The December concert lineup includes a live performance by Jordan Astra on December 5th from 5-6pm, presented by CBC Radio’s afternoon show, Here and Now, as part of CBC Toronto’s holiday fundraising campaign in support of Daily Bread Food Bank.
