It makes sense, considering that you have a great park, High Park, within a few minutes by walk, this definitely a place to have in mind if you enjoy nature.

Bay is the most expensive TTC station to live nearby

It’s no surprise that a well situated and fashionable neighbourhood like Yorkville has the most expensive subway station to live nearby. If you like living in the city, Bay station has everything you would want at your doorstep, from restaurants, bars & pubs, to designer stores, cafés and much more. Of course that all comes with an expensive pricetag, on average a 1 bedroom apartment will cost you $2356.

Keele, Dundas West and High Park subway stations are the most up and coming stations to live nearby
