House of Vans Toronto returns in person this weekend
TORONTO, Nov. 15, 2022 – It’s back in real life! Long associated with all things cool and slacker, the skatewear brand, Vans will be hosting House of Vans Toronto this weekend, November 17-20 at The Great Hall in Toronto‘s west end. It’s a four-day celebration that includes skateboarding (of course), a community market, artist-led workshops, and live music performances.
With the return of House of Vans in-person (the last time it happened in Canada, it was all virtual) House of Vans Toronto functions specifically as an art gallery, music venue, skatepark, indie film premiere house, artist-led workshop, community market and more! Take a breath!
House of Vans Toronto opens its doors for an iconic return to its roots pop-up experience like no other. They also have especially exciting music headliners: Candy, Poor Stacy & Rico.
The weekend’s community market will feature countless Toronto local businesses, such as: Cry Wolf, Crows Nest Barbers, TAMS, Promise Supply, Expo Vintage, Morning Bell Skateboards, Hot Pot Variety, Makers Pizza, RGLR Coffee, and many more more!
The four-day celebration will take place at the historic The Great Hall, located at 1087 QUEEN ST W in the heart of Toronto’s west end, along with an off-site skate event at one of the city’s abandoned subway stations. Event programming will kick off at 3pm on Thursday, November 17, and run throughout the weekend. All of the events and activations are free and open to the public, with some requiring an advance RSVP to attend.
