Waldorf Salad recipe by Chef Schulz — Chef’s Note: This is the famous Waldorf salad recipe with a few adjustments. The Wardolf Salad was created by the world famous Wardolf-Astoria Hotel in 1896 in New York city and was created for New York’s elite. Since we can’t travel to New York city as of yet, maybe we can bring a little bit of the New York and this world famous salad into our Canadian homes with this simple recipe. This recipe isn’t too far off the original recipe…Enjoy!

Ingredients:
• 7 tablespoon of vanilla yoghurt
• Two sweet apples, cored and chopped into small chunks
• 1/2 cup of red seedless grapes (sliced in half)
• 1/2 cup of Green seedless grapes (sliced in half)
