Backstreet Boys Add Even More Toronto Dates — Now 11 Shows at Rogers Centre in 2027

Backstreet’s back, all right! And Toronto just can’t get enough. What started as a four-night stand at Rogers Centre hasincredibly ballooned into 11 concerts, after the Backstreet Boys added more dates “due to overwhelming demand” in the days since the residency was first announced.

The run, titled Into the Millennium – Homecoming: Live in Canada, is now set to stretch from mid-February into early March 2027. It’s the band’s only North American stadium run of 2027.

All 11 Dates

All shows are at Rogers Centre:

  • February: 12, 13, 14, 19, 20, 21, 26, 27, and 28
  • March: 5 and 6

The residency was originally announced on October 2 with four shows (February 12, 13, 19, and 20). Additional dates followed in quick succession as presales rolled out, starting with February 14 and 21, then February 26 and 27, with February 28 and March 5 and 6 following. Yes, one of those nights falls on Valentine’s Day.

A Record-Setting Run

By the numbers, 11 shows puts the Backstreet Boys ahead of everyone who has played Rogers Centre before. The previous record for most shows by one artist on a single tour at the venue was six, held jointly by Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour and The Weeknd’s After Hours Til Dawn Tour.

What to Expect

The residency is built around the band’s landmark 1999 album Millennium, which will be brought to life on stage alongside a selection of greatest hits. Fans can expect classics such as “I Want It That Way” and “Everybody (Backstreets Back),” plus songs the group rarely plays live, including “It’s Gotta Be You” and “The Perfect Fan.”

The Toronto run follows the band’s Into the Millennium Sphere shows in Las Vegas and a 10-show stadium residency in Düsseldorf, Germany, which launched in late September. In Düsseldorf, the group revived its legendary Into the Millennium Tour entrance, soaring in from the sky on hoverboards just as they did in 1999 before opening with “Larger Than Life.”

Canada holds a special place in the band’s history. It was the group’s first major breakthrough in North America, and the group says Canadian audiences embraced it from the start.

“Canada was one of the first places to embrace us, and the love and support we’ve received from our fans there has meant so much from the very beginning,” said Brian Littrell. “Coming back feels incredibly special. It is a chance for all of us to celebrate the memories we’ve made together and create some new ones.”

Erik Hoffman, President of Music at Live Nation Canada, said: “Few artists have a connection with Canadian fans as enduring and meaningful as the Backstreet Boys. We’re thrilled to welcome them back to Toronto for this special Homecoming series and celebrate a bond that has spanned generations.”

Rogers Is Presenting

Rogers is the presenting sponsor of the residency. Its customers got early presale access, and the company says they’ll also have the chance to win VIP meet-and-greets through the Rogers Beyond the Seat program, plus thousands of tickets, including grand prizes with airfare and accommodation in Toronto. Contest details will be announced later.

“For more than three decades, the Backstreet Boys have built a passionate fan base and sold-out arenas around the world, and we’re excited to create unforgettable opportunities for fans and our customers,” said Terrie Tweddle, Chief Brand and Communications Officer at Rogers.
