Great Lakes Brewery hosts “Brewed For You Craft Beer Fest” showcasing 20+ best Ontario craft breweries

August 22, 2024, ETOBICOKE – Toronto area beer enthusiasts looking for something to do this Saturday can now head over to Great Lakes Brewery (GLB), for its inaugural “Brewed For You Craft Beer Fest“, a one-day celebration of Ontario craft beer culture, showcasing local Ontario craft beer. Taking place on August 24th at GLB (30 Queen Elizabeth Blvd, Etobicoke), this long-awaited celebration of craft beer will feature two sessions fuelled by exceptional quality brews made by some of the best breweries from across the province. Additionally there will be a spotlight on local talent on the stage, delicious food, and much more. 

It all takes place over two sessions at Great Lakes Brewery on 30 Queen Elizabeth Blvd,. in Etobicoke. Beer enthusiasts can either book a Noon to 4 pm slot or 5 pm to 10 pm session.

What To Expect:

• All-Ontario Craft Beer: Enjoy access to some of the best beer in Ontario, provided by 20 of our closest industry friends including Dominion City, Bellwoods, Fairweather, Left Field, and more! 
• Complimentary Items: Attendees will receive a 12oz sampling mug, a festival lanyard, and two complimentary tokens to kickstart their tasting experience. 
• Food Vendors: Wood-fire BBQ provided by Slowpoke Food Project 
• Entertainment:
  • Session One:
    • Circus Lumberjack performance at 1:30 pm 
    • Live music by Celtic rock band, Shanick Road, from 12:30 pm to 3:30 pm 
  • Session Two:
    • Live music and a 90’s dance party by Discmen from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm
