Mississauga’s Celebration Square Set to Light up the Sky on New Year’s Eve

img

The City of Mississauga invites residents and visitors to Celebration Square to experience New Year’s Eve in style. This free event for the whole family is the perfect way to end 2019 and celebrate the year ahead.

Before the final countdown to 2020 and an epic fireworks display, visitors can take in performances by award-winning artists, go for a skate on Mississauga’s largest outdoor rink and grab a snack from delicious food trucks.

Ring in the New Year with celebrated Juno award-winning hip hop artist, Jazz CartierShopé and LU KALA will round out the exciting NYE concert lineup. DJ Ace Dillinger will be there to keep crowds dancing all night long.

New this year

NYE JR. allows the wee ones to enjoy all the fun of New Year’s Eve while still getting them home by their bed time. A special performance by Mini Pop Kids will have the younger crowd jamming out in their jammies before wrapping up early for the evening with a confetti countdown at 9 p.m.
