Redroad G20 Pad robot vacuum resolves the inconvenience of app operation

Redroad delves into the practical pain points of robot vacuum cleaner usage and discovers that many users have provided feedback: seemingly intelligent robotic vacuum cleaners on the market actually heavily depend on smartphone apps. Without connecting to the app, numerous smart features become inaccessible, such as the inability to edit virtual walls, schedule cleaning appointments, set up rooms, or define cleaning modes. Issues like app connectivity failure and frequent app disconnections leading to the robotic vacuum being rendered unusable are also common, causing frustration.

To address these concerns, Redroad launches Redroad G20 PAD robot vacuum cleaner—the first intelligent Pad robot vacuum with a base station. It operates entirely without the need for a mobile app.

In response to the challenge of excessive reliance on mobile apps for robotic vacuum cleaners, Redroad G20 is equipped with a 10.1-inch smart screen on the base station. The Pad replaces the mobile app, allowing users to enjoy all smart features. Users can directly customize room names, set virtual walls, choose cleaning modes, and perform other intelligent operations through the Pad, rendering the app unnecessary.

The Pad can be easily used once connected to the internet. After connecting to Wi-Fi, the base station proactively transmits the password to the robot vacuum cleaner’s main unit, establishing a connection and completing the pairing process in just 3 seconds. This eliminates the cumbersome steps involved in the robotic vacuum’s network operation, such as downloading the app, registering an account, adding devices, connecting to Wi-Fi, and pairing the app with the robotic vacuum. It also resolves various tedious issues encountered during the network process, such as network and robotic vacuum mismatch, app restrictions due to mobile permissions, connection to 5G networks, and incorrect password formats that often lead to connection failures.

The Pad’s network connection is stable, addressing the frequent disconnection issues experienced with the app, which rendered the robotic vacuum unusable. If users require remote operation capabilities, they can download the app and connect by simply scanning the shared QR code on the Pad robot vacuum. The large screen of the Pad provides more intuitive operation, resolving the inconvenience of using a mobile app. Each household member can command the G20 cleaning at any time and from anywhere through the Pad, no longer constrained by the limitations of mobile app operations.

Redroad G20 Pad robot vacuum is equipped with a versatile base station capable of automatic dust collection, self-cleaning of the mop, hot air drying of the mop, electrolytic water sterilization, and automatic water tank replenishment. This eliminates the challenges of frequently cleaning dust bins, hand-washing dirty mops, and dealing with moldy and odorous wet mops, making the cleaning process more effortless.

Redroad G20 Pad robotic vacuum’s mop can be lifted by 20mm, effectively cleaning dust on carpets with a pile height of 20mm or less, resulting in a cleaner carpet. The mop lifting height is 60% higher than other robotic vacuums, making it easier to clean long-pile carpets with a pile height of 20mm or less without worrying about getting the carpet dirty or wet.
