The Toronto home is located in the Danforth-Greenwood neighbourhood at 17 Linnsmore Crescent.
The house was listed March 9, 2021 for $1,599,000 and sold two days later for a jaw-dropping price of $2,219,000. Zoocasa real estate agent, Anthony Tomasone was responsible for selling the home.

It is located on a corner lot with 5 bedrooms and three bathrooms. It is also conveniently right across the street from Greenwood TTC subway station. It is an open concept design with a large amount of natural light, large bedrooms, finished basement apartment. Double car garage with two parking spots on the driveway.

The real estate agent said it is rare for a five bedroom to go up for sale in the Danforth area, and this is the only one to have hit the market so far this year. The average price of homes listed in the GTA has just started to surpass $1,000,000 and they are expected to continue to rise.
