In the second phase, set the head rail in place by inserting the front edge into the mounting clips. Then release the head rail and open the cord weight afterward.

The final phase requires you to wrap the control cord around the guides so that the weight pieces are pushed together. Then you turn the stems and push the louvers into them while pulling down – so the louver is connected to the stem hook. After this, place and push the valance clip on the head rail’s end.

Tips on taking care of vertical blinds

The vertical blinds made from aluminum, faux, and wood should be dusted regularly. The dusting should be done with a feather every six to nine days. When starting the dusting, always begin at the top and go down gradually. However, fabric blinds should be cleaned using a vacuum cleaner. While you do the vacuum, make sure to keep it on a low setting.
