Being a kid and believing in the Easter Bunny brings a sense of magic and wonder to the Easter season. The excitement of Easter egg hunts adds to this joyous experience, as children eagerly search for hidden treasures in gardens, parks, and other creative locations. In the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), there are numerous fantastic places hosting Easter egg hunts, each offering unique settings and challenges for young adventurers. Centreville Easter Eggstravaganza

Centreville Amusement Park welcomes back the famous Easter Eggstravaganza presented by the Lindt Gold Bunny. From Friday, April 19, to Sunday, April 21, between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m., families can join the Easter Bunny and Beasley Bear for a day filled with fun activities. Kids can hunt for coloured eggs and trade them for exciting prizes from sponsors like Lindt Gold Bunny, Bear Paws Crackers, Oasis Juice, Jelly Belly Candy, Old Dutch Foods, Ring Pop, and more. They might even discover exclusive Pokémon Detective Pikachu eggs for a chance to win movie passes or prize packs. In addition to the egg hunt, guests can enjoy a selection of Centreville rides, meet animals at Far Enough Farm, indulge in face-painting, bounce around in inflatable castles, and participate in games and giveaways with the Toronto Argonauts.

Corktown Egg Hunt:

Celebrating its sixth year, the Corktown Egg Hunt invites families to the Corktown Common playground on Sunday, April 21, from 10 a.m. to noon. This free event promises a delightful time with the Easter Bunny and features an impressive 10,000 chocolate eggs hidden for eager hunters. Fairyland Theatre Easter Super Egg Hunt

Fairyland Theatre hosts its Easter Egg Super Hunt on Saturday, April 20, catering to different age groups. Kids aged one to four can join from 11 a.m. to 12:45 p.m., while the hunt for kids aged five to ten takes place from 1 to 2:45 p.m. The event, hosted by beloved characters like Funny Bunny, Princess Arielle, Princess Belle, Batman, and a Minion, promises memorable photo opportunities alongside face-painting, games, and Easter-themed arts and crafts. Toronto Beaches Easter Parade


As spring begins to make its presence known, the Beaches Easter Parade once again brings vibrancy to Queen Street East, marking an annual celebration of color, music, and entertainment suitable for all ages. This year, the festivities include the Egg Scavenger Hunt on Good Friday, inviting participants to unravel clues throughout the neighborhood. Families can also look forward to meeting the Easter Bunny in person during the street parade on Sunday afternoon. The Beaches Easter Parade is scheduled for March 29th and 31st, 2024, with the Egg Hunt taking place from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm on Friday and the Parade running from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm on Sunday.
