Drake is selling a candle that smells like… Drake

A Drake scented candle? Yes, you heard that right. First we had a Goop candle that smells like Gwyneth Paltrow’s vagina, and now Drake’s new company, Better World Fragrance House has released a Drake-scented candle.

Before you start thinking that it will smell like a sweaty performer after a two-hour show at Scotiabank Place, the candle is scented with the personal musky fragrance that Drake wears.

Drizzy himself gifted some of the first samples to Toronto Raptors players including Norman Powell, Fred Van Fleet, Kyle Lowry, and Stanley Johnson. Perhaps he thought they might have been missing his scent since he couldn’t be close to them on the court at Toronto’s Scotiabank Arena.

There are 5 ‘ultra-luxe’ candles in ‘Champagne Papi’s’ Better World Fragrance House line but Carby Musk is the one described to smell like Drake himself. The other four fancy feature scents are called ‘Muskoka,’ ‘Sweeter Tings,’ ‘Williamsburg Sleepover,’ and ‘Good Thoughts.’

The Toronto rap artist’s fragrance company is partnered with revolve.com who works with parfumer Michael Carby (sound familiar?) described as “a leading air care perfumer with a unique, holistic approach to some of the world’s most sought-after fragrances.”

The candles have yet to go on sale but Revolve posted a sneak peek on their website and it is described as: “Smooth musk fragrance is introspective as in an interpretation of your beautiful self, yet extrovertive as how you would want others to see your bold and brilliant self.”

The Carby Musk candle features “notes of Musk, Ambers, Cashmere, Suede, and Velvet. Actually smells like Drake – it’s the personal fragrance he wears, which inspired BWFH.”

Some are saying the candle will be priced for as much as $105 CDN.

Also of note, the Better World Fragrance House Instagram account, already has over 26,000 followers and has yet to make a single post.

There is no word yet on when Drake’s new line of scented candles will be available but like Gwyneth’s vagina scented candle, they are sure to sell out fast.
